Yay jam! My first attempt at peach jam appears to be a success. I used a super easy recipe from a food blogger,
Orangette, called
Italian Family Jam. I am very happy with how it turned out - though my normal tasters have not yet passed down their verdicts, so we shall see.
I'm excited :D
